• To provide perpetual access to a broad spectrum of information resources such as print and electronic materials relevant to the curricular and informational needs of the students and teachers of the college.
• To provide adequate resources and innovative services to encourage the yearning for learning and intellectual curiosity of the students
• To provide well equipped and functional physical spaces where students can pursue independent learning outside the classroom

• To encourage information and digital literacy among the academic community of the college
